Information we collect

Music library metadata and any downloaded media are stored on the device.
Plex account tokens and identifiers are stored on the device.
Some library metadata, such as names of Collections and Playlists will be shared with Apple to improve voice recognition matches when Siri is enabled.
Internal errors in the app are reported automatically for diagnostic purposes. These are strictly limited, and only minimal details are provided.

Information you provide

When reporting an issue, we may ask for logs from the device with diagnostic information. Personal information and library metadata is redacted under a best effort approach, and Plex account details are not logged. However, some information is still provided in order to diagnose issues. These include identifiers such as randomly generated UUIDs and Plex database identifiers.

Crash reports provided to Apple will also be provided to us to improve the product.
